A Bedouin hirz is a silver amulet that contains Koranic verses. The word hirz can also refer to a prayer box pendant. Hirz pendants are common in Oman, Yemen, and the Arabic peninsula
Inset turquoise and coral beads, not tested.
Silver Yemeni necklace, with 3 amulet pendants, decoration. From the amulet pendant hang 9 small balls of silver. The necklace also have some typical silver Yemeni beads.
Usually closed around the neck with antique rope.
