Record plays very well. Minimal surface noise. It would probably benefit from a thorough cleaning. The jacket has shelf wear but no splits. There is ink writing on the back towards the top. Shown in photos. Ink stamp noting address on bottom of back was the way it was issued. Original sleeve.
I am not a professional grader. All of the music I have listed is from a personal collection. I have listened to all of them and noted any issues (unless sealed). I've sold hundreds of records and CD's. None have been returned, and I've had zero complaints.
