Vintage MCM Pottery Gray Ceramic Horse Head Lamp Light
The lamp is a vintage Mid-Century Modern ceramic piece with a horse head design. The ceramic is grey with a smooth, glossy surface. The horse head has a ridged mane, a slightly curved ear, and a rounded snout. The eyes, nostrils, and mouth are defined with shallow indentations. The base is an oval platform that supports the horse head structure. The ceramic is a single molded piece with no visible seams or attachments. The lamp has a Leviton metal socket at the top, which is cylindrical and secured to the ceramic base with a metal neck. The socket has a small switch on its side. The power cord is 134" long and extends from the lower part of the ceramic base. The lamp does not have a shade attached. A few small chips in ceramic, please see photos. The lamp has been tested and does work.
